Ryan Miles serves as the General Manager of Priority 1 Home Services, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring every project meets the company’s standards for quality, efficiency, and reliability. From scheduling and pricing to contracts and crew performance, Ryan plays a direct role in keeping projects moving and clients taken care of.

With nine years of experience in maintenance, construction, and home services, Ryan brings a strong, hands-on background to his leadership role. He started in apartment maintenance right out of high school, where he learned the ins and outs of repairs, property turns, and fast-paced operations. That foundation still shapes how he approaches the work today—focused on solving problems quickly and getting things done the right way.

At Priority 1, Ryan is responsible for maintaining consistency across a wide range of services, including painting, handyman repairs, property turns, flooring, fencing, and light remodels. While much of his role is now focused on operations and leadership, he stays closely connected to the work itself, ensuring every project is executed to standard.

His strengths lie in troubleshooting complex repair issues, maintaining high finish quality—especially in painting—and coordinating projects that involve multiple moving parts. Much of his time is spent helping property managers and homeowners navigate time-sensitive repairs, tight turnarounds, and jobs that require multiple trades to come together efficiently.

Ryan’s approach is straightforward: do the job right, every time. That means no shortcuts, no corner-cutting, and no loose ends. Every property is treated with a high level of respect and accountability, with the understanding that each job reflects directly on the company and the trust clients place in it.

One of Ryan’s biggest accomplishments has been building and managing multiple crews capable of handling high volumes of property turns and service work while still maintaining consistent quality. Originally from Central Illinois, Ryan has lived in the Pace area for the past seven years. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and focusing on personal development.

I wish I could give Priority more than 5 stars. Starting with Ryan coming to give us an estimate. Fair pricing, and only about two weeks out for scheduling our project. Texts and call to remind us of work date. Emmanuel , crew leader. texted and called prior to arrival. Job was to be completed in 3 days but was finished in 2 1/2. Crew started at 8 each morning and worked so hard. The work was repairing bathroom ceiling from a leak , repainting the bathroom ceiling and also to repaint bedroom and put up crown molding. It looks amazing. You can’t tell that the bathroom ceiling ever had the leak. And the crown molding is just beautiful. This crew took so much pride in their work and the results show. Cleanup was just finished and it all looks great. I will definitely use this company again. It is so refreshing to find someone who does a wonderful job and this is surely the one. Thank you Priority 1. ❤️

Ryan and his crew always go above and beyond. It’s hard to find vendors that are on time and always keep you updated on the repairs, etc… and if something is not quite like it needs to be they will come back out quickly to be sure it’s done right. Nothing short of Five stars. !!

The team was FANTASTIC!!
