Rob Thurman serves as the Field Service Manager at Priority 1 Home Services, bringing over four decades of hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, and home services.

With 43 years in the industry—including 20 years as the owner and operator of his own professional handyman business—Rob brings a level of knowledge and real-world experience that’s hard to match. His background allows him to quickly identify issues, understand the best path to resolution, and ensure work is completed correctly the first time.

At Priority 1, Rob plays a key role in maintaining quality and consistency across all projects. He actively monitors job progress in the field, supports team members when additional expertise is needed, conducts safety training, and ensures every project meets company standards. His presence helps bridge the gap between planning and execution, keeping jobs on track and up to standard.

Rob is experienced across a wide range of services including plumbing, general repairs, painting, flooring, fencing, and property turns. His strength lies in troubleshooting complex problems, finding practical solutions, and communicating clearly with both clients and team members throughout the process.

Much of his work involves helping property managers and homeowners navigate unexpected issues and ongoing maintenance needs. Whether it’s a small repair or a larger project, Rob focuses on making sure the problem is fully understood, the solution is clearly explained, and the work is completed properly.

He takes the most pride in customer service—making sure clients feel confident in the work being done and know they’re being taken care of from start to finish.

Rob’s approach is straightforward and practical. He believes in identifying the root of the issue, clearly communicating what needs to be done, and following through with quality work. For him, doing the job right means making sure the repair holds up and the client is fully satisfied with the result.

Originally from Pace, Florida, Rob has spent his life in the local community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and being active in his church.
