Emily Cavell serves as the Director of Marketing and Brand Development for Priority 1 Home Services, leading the strategy behind the company’s growth, visibility, and relationships within the community.

With nearly two decades of experience in marketing across real estate, property management, and related service industries, Emily brings a strong understanding of how to position a company for long-term success. Her focus is not just on marketing for the sake of exposure, but on building a brand that people recognize, trust, and choose repeatedly.

At Priority 1, Emily oversees website development, social media strategy, Google Business presence, and reputation management, while also playing a key role in shaping internal systems. She contributes to company policies and procedures, maintains OSHA-related documentation, assists in hiring, and helps ensure the business operates in a way that supports both growth and consistency.

A major part of her role is strengthening relationships with property managers and industry partners throughout Santa Rosa and Escambia County. By combining proven marketing strategies with a deep understanding of the local market, she helps position Priority 1 as a reliable, go-to solution for painting, repairs, and property turns.

Emily takes the most pride in seeing measurable growth—whether that’s increased visibility, stronger partnerships, or a steady stream of repeat business. Her work is focused on building momentum that continues to compound over time.

Her approach is centered on doing things the right way. That means operating with professionalism, strong communication, and a level of service that goes above expectations. Originally from Iowa, Emily has lived in the Pace area since 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling with her family, cooking, and finding ways to build a life centered around meaningful experiences and adventure.
