We're excited to share that Priority 1 Home Services has advanced to the next round of the Jobber Grant program. While we're honored by the recognition, this milestone has given us an opportunity to reflect on just how far we've come and where we're headed next.

What began as a small operation with two people and one truck has grown into a company with eight crews serving homeowners, property managers, investors, and real estate professionals throughout Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties. Today, our team includes 19 employees, and we're preparing to add another crew as demand for our services continues to grow.

For us, this recognition isn't simply about growth. It's a reminder of the people, relationships, and values that have helped build Priority 1 Home Services into what it is today.

From the beginning, our mission has been straightforward: Provide reliable, professional home services while treating customers with honesty, respect, and clear communication.

That philosophy continues to guide every project we take on. Whether we're helping a homeowner with an interior painting project, refreshing landscaping before a home hits the market, completing flooring installation, handling rental turnover repairs, or helping tackle a long-overdue project list, we understand the responsibility that comes with being invited into someone's home.
